Returns & refunds

Changed your mind? For anything bought on this website you have 14 days from the day you receive it to tell us you’d like to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back — no reason needed. This is your legal right for online purchases, and it applies to our antiques and second-hand pieces just as it does to anything new.

Tell us using the link on your order page or through the contact page, quoting your order reference. Once the item is back with us we’ll refund you within 14 days, to the card you paid with, including our standard delivery charge. Return postage is yours to arrange and cover unless the item arrived damaged — in which case we’ll put that right at our cost., however, a refund will only be provided once the item has been returned.

Please pack returns as carefully as they came: these are old and often fragile things, and we may reduce a refund if a piece comes back the worse for more than a careful look-over.

Bought in the shop? Bring it back with your receipt and we’ll happily help — exchanges and returns in the shop are at our discretion rather than a legal right, except where something is faulty or not as described, where your Consumer Rights Act protections apply in full.
