A small cast Celtic high cross mounted on a rough rock base, probably a late 20th century decorative piece. It measures about 20 x 20 x 10 cm and is light, at about 200 g. The metal has a weathered grey finish that gives the carving depth. The shaft bears an interlace panel and a small rectangular incised panel at the foot. The head has the circular ring and four pierced lobes typical of Celtic crosses. Raised edges show light rubbing and the base has the rough, rock-like texture that helps the cross stand steadily.
